Mark C. Metzger
Mark C. Metzger is the Founder and Principal of the Law Office of Mark C. Metzger. He has more than 26 years of experience in the practice of law, and provides a complete range of real estate services to buyers and sellers in Naperville and throughout the greater Chicago area. Mark has earned a reputation for attention to detail and providing his clients with the highest level of personal service.
Mark earned his B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington and his J.D. from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He is a member of ElderCounsel, the leading professional organization dedicated to serving the needs of seniors and the people who love them. He is also a member of the DuPage County Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee. Mark is licensed to practice in Illinois and before the following federal courts:
- United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois
- United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois
- United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
- United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
Mark is devoted to public service, and recently completed twenty years of service as a member of the Board of Education for the Indian Prairie School District. His service there includes terms as President, Secretary, Chair of Policy, Personnel, and the Legislative, Finance and Building Committees. He served for 11 years on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Association of School Boards, including two years President from 2007-2009. Mark also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National School Boards Association from 2008-2011.
Mark has been a member of the Rush-Copley Medical Center/Copley Memorial Hospital Board of Directors since 1997 and presently serves as Chairman of the Board.

Emily Jados
Emily Jados, Legal Assistant
Emily works with home buyers, guiding them through the process and letting them know what to expect from sellers, real estate agents and lending companies. She works with Buyers to review inspection reports and helps them decide what repair issues to raise. She also prepares and records quitclaim deeds and assists Mark with estate planning.

Emily is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and worked with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Naperville prior to joining the Law Office of Mark C. Metzger. She earned her Bachelors in Science from Illinois State University and her Associates in Arts from College of DuPage. Emily is a member of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.
